She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Katchir and Emmelia Katchir (Butchko); her former husband Edward A. Quaka; her great grandchildren, Theodore Edward Kaschke and Gavin Joseph Freeman; her son-in-law Lorin Graham; and her siblings, Sabina Kudrick, John Kudrick, Irvin Kudrick and Clem Katchir.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Chalus (Greg) of LaSalle, Patricia Graham of Normal and Thomas Quaka (Sara) of Buckeye, Arizona; her grandchildren, Kimberly Kaschke (Mike) of Streator, Scott Chalus (Matt Layden) of Sanford, Timothy Chalus (Daniel Klask) of Saugatuck, Amanda Chalus of Elmwood, Audrey Freeman (Joe) of Peru, Melissa Haulcomb (Brandon) of Chicago, Daniel Quaka (Nicole) of Coraopolis, Kate McLachlan (Chris) of Utica, Luke Graham (Sarah) of Missoula and Jennifer Young (Dennis) of Carbondale; her great grandchildren, Liam, Eamon, Imogen, Cormac Graham, John, Sarah, Ben, Isabel, Gretchen Kaschke, Madalyn Freeman, Ian and Elliot Quaka; and her husband Euchre.
Due to the recent State guidelines set in place regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, the Funeral services will be private.
Memorials may be directed to the American Alzheimer's Association, the American Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
