Simmons; his children, Cristal Lopez (Martin Ortiz) of Texas, Heather Lopez (Brian Scarborough) of Mexico, MO, Matthew Lopez of Streator, Kyle Simmons (Kelli) of Streator, Austin Lopez (Hannah Kavanaugh) of Streator, Alexis Lopez of Streator, David Lopez III of Streator and Jasmine Lopez (David Risinger) of Streator; his grandchildren, Heayvn, Joshua, Madilyn, Khloey, Silas, Ramiyah, Jozie, Jacob, Antonio, Barbara, Richard, Marcie, Phillip, Wesley, Promise, Liyah, Dayna, Ivan, Oharah and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Harleen and Amaraz; his siblings, J. Guadalupe Lopez (Christina) of Streator, Mario Lopez of Streator, Jesus Lopez (Delia) of Streator, Juan Lopez of Streator, Maria Long (Leroy) of Oswego, Soledad Holofchak (Brian) of Streator, Elena LeBeau (Nick) of Streator and Jose Lopez of Streator; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Goodrich (Mike) of Streator, Emily Simmons (Juan Escobedo) of Streator and Richard Simmons Jr. of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
