He is survived by: his wife Christine Head; his daughter Anya Bussell of Streator; his sisters, Pauline Barnard (Roger) of Granville, Pamela Roberts of Streator and Penny Stimpert (Tom) of Burlington, WI; and his mother-in-law Janice Head of Streator.
