He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edwards and Dave Williams; and his children, Ethel and Charles. He is survived by: his children, William C. Williams (Nirmeen) of Streator, Queen Carver (Robert) of Ottawa and Earlene Williams (late Charles) of Streator; and his sisters, Estalla Westbrook of Streator and Inez Robinson of Chicago. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandkids and 16 great great grandkids, a host of cousins, family and friends.
