He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sauer and Pearl Sauer (Moore); his wife Juanita Zenor; his son David Sauers; and his siblings, Elmer Sauers and Louise Nagle.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Northrup (Gary) of Big Rapids, Debbie Hanchett (Joe) of Bloomington and Neal Sauers (Michael Cruz) of Chicago; and his daughter-in-law Terri Sauers of Rowlett, Texas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
