He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Allen and Margaret Allen (White); his spouse Leita Brandosa; his son Randy Allen; his granddaughter Stacey Allen; his stepmother Nora Mertes; and his siblings, Margaret Goralczyk, Norma Jean Sedlock, Connie Nelson, Beverly Corbin, Marilyn Allen and Donald Allen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Gloria Cunningham (Bill) of Cornell, Linda Soltis (Dan) of Streator and Carol Allen of Streator; his grandchildren, Dale Allen (Rosie) of Ft. Lauderdale, Mitch Cunningham (Anne) of Rosholt, Kelli Muhlstadt (Eric) of Cornell, Troy Soltis (Ashley) of Lafayette, Wes Soltis (Beth) of Naperville, Dani Missel (Brent) of Belton and Cody Allen (Danelle) of Streator; his great grandchildren, Leonardo Montalvo, Sam Shepherd, Raiden Jones, Pierce, Wyatt and Emma Cunninghma; his grandchildren, Landon, Myleigh Muhlstadt, Owen, Evan Soltis, Mckinleigh, Berkleigh Missel, Asher, Aria and Stella Allen; his brother Thomas Allen of Streator; and his daughter-in-law Jean Allen of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida..
