He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Fredericksen and Kimberly Fredericksen (Nielson) of Streator, IL; his spouse Nikki Lietz; his daughter Ashley N. Fredericksen of Missouri; his stepchildren, Vincent Lietz of Ottawa, IL, Sydney Beyer of Piedmont, MO and Makenzie Beyer of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Michael, Willow and Zeke Lietz; his brother Nathan Fredericksen of Streator, IL; his sister-in-law Shelley Longman (Chris) of Rockton, IL; his nieces and nephews, Drew Smith (Lexi) of San Antonio, TX, Lexie Smith of Navarre, FL, Samantha and Nikolaus Longman (Little Nicky) of Rockton, IL; his great-niece Addison Smith of San Antonio, TX.; his close friends, Fred Moore, Dave Cain, Brian Wahl and Ron "Pops" Yedinak; and his pets, J. C. Wigglebutt and Ryker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nicole Fredericksen, in honor of Corey Fredericksen.
