It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cody Jacob Graham of Streator, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack A. Graham Sr., Lillian A. and Edward C. Surrock; his cousin Emily Surrock; and his uncle Robert Dean "Bobby" Graham.
He is survived by: his parents, Jack A. Graham Jr. of Streator and Suzanne "Sue" Moore (Bruce) of Streator; his sisters, Jamie Roberts of Streator and Carlee Surrock of Westmont; his grandmother Sandra Kay Graham of Streator; his uncle Paul Surrock (Fawn Centko) of Streator; and his nephew Brenden Fleming of Streator.
