Clinton Peters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clinton Peters of Streator, Illinois, born in Clark, South Dakota, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Peters and Alice Peters (Henry); his wife Lois Marie German; his son Mark; his brother Don Peters; and his half-siblings, Dale Rasmusson, Gary Rasmusson, Elwin, Marcella Rasmusson and Helen Rasmusson.
He is survived by: his children, Marjo Simons (Don) of Bloomington and Michael Peters (Melissa) of Streator; his grandchildren, Catherine Barry (Bobby), Sean Peters, Jacob Simons (Melody) and Jared Simons (Kayla); and his half-brother Jim Rasmusson (LaVonne) of Minneapolis, MN.. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (101 Trinity Dr, Streator, IL 61364).
