It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl A. Sieber of Streator, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Torbert and JoAnne Torbert (Hefler); and her uncle Ronald Hefler. She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Sieber of Streator; her children, Jamie Lock of Streator, Julie Sieber of Streator and Michael Sieber of Streator; her grandchildren, Callie and Ethan Lock of Streator; her brother Richard Torbert (Terree) of Manito; and her uncle David Graham of Los Angeles, California..
