He was predeceased by: his parents, Embert Coles and Janice Coles (Waterman); and his sister Kay Coles. He is survived by: his wife Janice Coles of Streator; his children, Allison Bunck (Brice) of Topeka, Kansas and John Coles of Norristown, Pennsylvania; and his stepdaughters, Cindy Segerberg of Lemont and Jessica Rossel (Jose) of Coal City. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
