She is survived by: her husband James Jacobs; her children, Jay Jacobs of Streator, Scott Jacobs of Streator, Michael Jacobs (Tanya) of Streator and Tina Barber (Darrell) of Portland, OR; her brother-in-law Butch Jacobs (Judi) of Ancona; her grandchildren, Taylor, James, Gabriella, Liliana, Camdyn, Kaeden, Alexa, Aubrey and Ava; and her great grandchild Hattie.
