He is survived by: his former spouse Dede Higdon; his wife Janet Voights (Jamaica); his children, Regina Devera (Sergio Alvarado) of Streator, Kayla Devera (Adriana Hernandez) of Streator, Matthew Devera (Corina Montoya) of Lexington, IL, Caleb Elliott (Alyssa Espinoza) of Streator and Ashlyn Elliott (Jason Armstrong) of Streator; his grandchildren, Tyler Revelle, Colten Alvarado, Kayleigh Devera, MacKenzie Devera, Adalyn Elliott, Jaxon Devera, Emersyn Elliott and Isabella Devera; his parents-in-law, Carol and Ed Voights; his siblings-in-law, Mary Dutko (Mark) and Brian Voights (Kendra); and his close friends, Karyn Yurko, Seth Spiva, Lila Mikolajczyk and Cianna Khoija. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
