We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2023, at the age of 77, Billy Joe Mainor of Streator, Illinois, born in Crestview, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel and Sally Avery Mainor (Lynn); his wife Jean Jacobs; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Alex Mainor, Deven Dunn and Alison Dunn; and his sister Annette Liptak.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Mainor (Angela) of Streator, Sheri Mainor (Gary Jaraczewski) of Peru and Shellie Pool of Flanagan; his grandsons, Timothy, Jacob Mainor, Brady and Aaron Pool; his great grandchildren, Angelina Mainor and Luis Rael Moreno; his stepbrothers, Leslie Lucus of Streator and Larry Lucus of Kentucky; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
