He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Arnold and Lillie M. Arnold (Harden); his wife Alice M. Babcock; and his siblings, Russell, Winfrey, James, Brad, Hallie Feese, Rachel Ferguson and Louise Corbin.
He is survived by: his children, Deana Puckett (Mike) of Streator and William Arnold (Sherry) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rachel Puckett (Vince Contreras) of Streator, Katy Meade (Jason) of Ohio, Tammy Reeves of Missouri and Russell Arnold of Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Constance, Lilly and Silver Reeves; his sister Kathleen Compbest of Florida; and his pet Lucy.
