Beverly Ann Collins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Dennis and Evelyn Dennis (Wiseman); her siblings, Barbara Oakes, Carl, Jim and Dan Dennis; and her boyfriend Steven Kozak.
She is survived by: her son Gregory Johnston of Streator; her grandchildren, Even and Shealyn Johnston; and her brothers, Matt Dennis of Rutland and Jerry Dennis (Marsha) of Streator. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to any Veterans organization.
