She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moss and Elsie Moss (Hoskins); and her husband Gerald R. Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Jerri Cole of Streator, Peggy Jans (Steve) of Pekin and Gary Spivey (Lisa) of Spring Grove; and her grandchildren, Tim Jans (Emily) of Vernon Hills, Ryan Spivey of Spring Grove and Aaron Spivey (Yoselin Gonzalez) of Highland Park.
