She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Walkey and Barbara J. Walkey (Shepherd); her brother Lee Walkey; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Phyllis Chismarick; and her grandparents, Albert, Hazel Walkey, Gilbert and Mary Shepherd.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Chismarick; her son Patrick Chismarick (Alyssa) of Streator; her granddaughter Madilyn Chismarick; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Walkey of Streator, Debbie Beutke (Ben) of Long Point, Craig Chismarick (Allison) of Palm Harbor, FL and Kevin Chismarick of Streator; and her aunt Helen Murtaugh of Streator. She is also survived by her family, friends.
