She is survived by: her husband Neil Emm Jr.; her children, Jamie Klock of Streator and Kelly Archer of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jami Lyn, Donovan, Brina and Jake; her siblings, Chris Cook (Barbara) of New York, Fritz Cook of New Hampshire, Karl Cook of New York, Hans Cook (Mary) of Streator, Kurt Cook (Missy) of Streator, Pete Moxley of Streator, Shawn Anderson, Carolina and Heidi Cook of Lincoln; and her sisters-in-law, Susan Seaman of Streator and Julie Crickman of California.
