He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Stash of Streator and Brooke Adamchak of Streator; his son Quinton Shelton of Streator; his sisters, Octavia Butler of Streator, Mya Butler of Streator and Miranda Adamchak of Streator; his grandparents, Mary, Steve Southey of Streator and Kathy Stash of Streator; his great-grandparent Betty Stash of Streator; his niece Zaylah Butler; his nephew Kayden Cameron; his uncle Kyle Southey of Streator; and his aunts, Erica Southey of Bloomington and Tara Carbone.
Memorials may be made to his son Quinton educational fund.
