He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Caccamo and Mary Caccamo; and his mother-in-law Ann Mae Abrath. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Danielle Moody; his grandchildren, Barron, Decker and Phoenix; his siblings, Laura Ferguson (late Thomas), Gayla Nelson (Rick) and Robin Unthank; and his father-in-law Don. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
