It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tad D. Alsip of Streamwood, Illinois, born in Metropolis, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Alsip; and his grandparents, Lee, Edna Mae Alsip, Loren and Kathryn Barker.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Alsip (Barker) of Vienna; his wife Monica M. Mika; his children, Nicholas Alsip of Streamwood and Julia Alsip of Streamwood; and his brothers, Brad Alsip (Astrid) of Norway and Chad Alsip (Laura) of Tunnel Hill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
