He is survived by: his spouse Karenann Brow; his son Stephen Francis Brow Jr. (Katherine); his grandchildren, Nolan Marcus Brow and Chelsea Frances Brow; and his siblings, Francis Brow (Roberta), William Brow (Cheryl), Patricia Brow, Sharon Myers (Chuck) and Anne Thinnes (Mike).
