She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald; her children, Charles Czerak, Kimberly Heller (Jason), Jeff Evenson, Jodie Maggio (Richard) and Brenda Ratz; her grandchildren, Chloe Grimm, Stephanie Studer (Brandon), Andrew Ratz (Brianne), Sydney Maggio, Amber Solomon, Ayden Maggio, Roman Maggio, Jaycen Evenson, Riley Heller and Lucas Heller; her great grandchildren, Talon and Ryder; her parents, Peter Leuzzi and Eleanore Leuzzi; her siblings, Lou Leuzzi (Michele), JoAnne Leuzzi, Bernard "Skip" Leuzzi and Francene Robb (late Russ); her nieces and nephews, Talia Micek (Jason), Dominique Meek (Jake), Paul Leuzzi, Scott Robb (Krista), Nicole Leuzzi (Anthony Cannata) and Lauren Robb; and also Kenneth Czerak.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
