He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale and Catherine; his daughter Patricia Venuso; his grandson Richard Mestas; and his wife Ruth.
He is survived by: his friend Buddy; his daughters, Deborah Mestas and Michelle Nagel (Tom); his grandchildren, Daniel Mestas, Delia Bergstrom (Trevor Jordan), Rachael Dodier (Larry), Jessica Bergstrom (Mark Wentland) and Kaitlyn Jennette; and his great grandchildren, Bella Donna Bergstrom-Jordan, Aili Mestas, Juniper Dunkel, Bjorn Bergstrom-Jordan, Kaia Mestas and Ryker Dunkel.
