Though Pablo Chavez may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Julieta Ortiz Vieyra; his girlfriend Nadia Gonzalez; his brother Juan Manuel Chavez Ortiz; his cousin Emmanuel Mendoza; and his friend Miguel Sandoval.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:15 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Ansgar Church (2040 Laurel Ave, Hanover Park, IL 60133).
