We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021, Lisa Ottenfeld-Kaluza of Streamwood, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Dan; her daughters, Deana Kaluza, Kristina Kaluza and Brittany Wallace; her grandchildren, Luca Kaluza, Logan Garbrecht, Ronnie Perry, Bryce Perry and Briea Berry; her siblings, Tom Ottenfeld (Barbara), Mark Ottenfeld (Sue), Neil Ottenfeld (Judy), Paul Ottenfeld (Sandy), Danny Ottenfeld (Vickie), Tim Ottenfeld (Slawka), Pam Barkulis (late Gerry) and Sue Roder; her sister-in-law Debbie Kalisz (Wayne); and her friend Lynn Bicente. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

**Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, 50 people will be allowed in the funeral home and masks are required.
