It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose R Holguin of Streamwood, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvira and Eusebio; and his brother Rosendo. He is survived by: his grandson Erik; his children, Tammy, Marina, Marcy (Filberto) and Leo; his grandchildren, Adrian, Dariana, Adela, Patricia, Leo Jr. and CJ; his sisters, Chloe, Quetta, Licha and Lila; and his nephews, Raul, Thomas and Aurelio. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, and countless family members.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions all visitation services and interment are private.
