He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonifacio Guy and Carmen Guy; and his siblings, Isidro Guy and Aida Guy. He is survived by: his wife Aurea B. Guy; his son Carlo Guy (Jackie) of Skokie, IL; and his grandchildren, Colin, Camila, Nathan, Cameron, Noah, Xander, Cole, Caleb and Cramer.
