He is survived by: his mother Rosella Fulk (Joliff) of Effingham; his wife Lynie Fulk of Strasburg; his mother-in-law Conchita Baliton of Strasburg; his children, Jennifer Fulk of Strasburg and Justin Fulk (Kendall) of Effingham; his siblings, Richard Fulk (Camelia) of San Antonio, TX and Tammy Randall (Mike) of Beecher City; his granddaughter Brooklyn Paige Fulk; and also Jane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
