He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Bridges and Leota Bridges (Cox); and his siblings, Junior Bridges, Verl Bridges, Emma Sanders and Jeanne Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gordon; his children, Gary Bridges (Janice) of Stewardson, Kay Yakey (Bill) of Stewardson and Alan Bridges of Stewardson; his grandchildren, Amy McCoy, Adam Bridges (Del Rae), Levi Bridges (Sarah), Brittney Wetherell (Zach) and Laura Duncan (Kyle); and his sister Ann Terry (George).
