She is survived by: her husband Fred H. Kolkhorst; her children, Fred Wm and Kay A. Weber (Thomas); her stepson Albert C. Ansorge III (Laurie); her grandsons, Jason T. MD and Michael H. Weber, MD (Erin); her stepgrandchildren, Kenneth F. Ansorge and Julie C. Ansorge; her great grandchild Benjamin M. Weber; and her siblings, Loraine Bridges and William "Bill" Engel (Karen).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association , American Cancer Society.
