He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Weaver and Chelsea J. Weaver (Rabbitt). He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Freitag; his son Rev. David Weaver (Kassie) of Stewardson, IL; his siblings, Jerry Weaver (Elaine) of Oceanside, CA and Joyce Ann Miller (Tom) of Phoenix, AZ; and his granddaughters, Hannah, Rachel, Tabitha and Lydia Weaver.

Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church & School Endowment.
