She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah E. Tabbert and Beryl C. Tabbert; her husband Dale; her grandson Phillip Rincker; her siblings, Noah Jr., Otha, Max, Maurice Tabbert, Margaret, Ellinere and Wanda Lee Tabbert; and her son-in-law Daryl Moffett.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Caralea Smith (Jared) of Strasburg, Craig Moffett (Kara) of Sullivan, Andy Rincker (Kristen) of St. Jacob, Luke Rincker (Kalei) of St. Louis, Cody Rincker (Nicole) and Will Rincker (Katie) of Effingham; her great grandchildren, Reed, Grady Smith, Charlie Grace Moffett, Grant, James, Logan Rincker, Phillip and Hudson Rincker; her siblings, Herbert Tabbert of Effingham and Alma Ruth Perry of Mattoon; and her siblings-in-law, Loyd Rincker (Mary), Mildred Rincker of Effingham and Norma Rose Huddleston of Effingham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
