She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward F. Reel and Edith I. Reel (Kull); her husband Arthur Braden; her son John Braden; and her siblings-in-law, Lavetta Reel and Floyd Kull.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Opfer (Rodger) of Shobonier, IL, Janet Louthan of Surprise, AZ, Dwight Braden (Vicky) of Strasburg, IL and Larry Braden (Marla) of Strasburg, IL; her siblings, Maurine Kull of Allen, TX and Wayne Reel of Mattoon, IL; and her grandchildren, Melanie Beville (Lawrence), Nathan Opfer (Diana), Nicholas Braden (Kara), Jocelin Devlin (Bob), Lora Burt (David), Patrick Braden (Maria) and Buddy Braden (Emily). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Memorials may be given to the Lutheran Ladies Aid of Strasburg, IL.
