He is survived by: his mother Lela Ellen Friese (Mulvaney) of Stewardson, IL; his wife Arlene Marie Rincker; his father Donald Friese; his children, Dawn Meinhart (Steve) of Island Grove, IL, Brock Friese (Krystal) of Mode, IL and Kurt Friese (Bridgitte) of Strasburg, IL; his sister Ellen Friese of Stewardson, IL; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Josie, Ben Meinhart, Noah, Brielle, Finn Friese, Alaira, Mya and Kalia Friese.
Memorials may be given to Strasburg Fire Department or Trinity Lutheran School in Stewardson.
