We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Mark Allan Todd of Stonington, Illinois, born in Abilene, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Todd and Sheila Oakley (Trelz); and his stepfather Russell Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Todd; his children, Tabitha Mills-Pugsley (Chae) of Heyworth, Jason Todd of Litchfield and Justin Todd (Mercedes Bryson) of Bloomington; and his siblings, Robin Hayes, William Oakley (Patricia) and Daniel Oakley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will strictly follow CDC recommended guidelines for funerals, which include masks and social distancing.
