He was predeceased by: his parents, John Irvin and Louella May Moma (Myers); and his sister Beverly Endrizzi. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moma of Stonington; his son Kevin Moma (Donna) of Decatur; his granddaughter Ally Moma of Decatur; and his brothers, Laverne Moma (Judy) of Taylorville and Bill Moma (Linda) of Taylorville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
