She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Garwood and Mildred C. Garwood (Brown). She is survived by: her husband Dumont Cook of Stonington; and her sisters, Joan Bohnhoff (Kent) of Bloomington and Jill Spengler (Dave) of Stonington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Stonington Cemetery (1860 County Rd 1975 E, Stonington, IL 62567).
Memorials may be made to the Old Stonington Baptist Church or Christian County Animal Control.
