He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Paulek and Marjorie Paulek (Kilver); and his sister Judy Turner. He is survived by: his wife Rita Paulek of Stonington; his children, Andrea Coffman (Brad) of Taylorville and Craig Paulek (Katie) of Stonington; his grandsons, Cole Paulek, Waylon Paulek, Levi Paulek and James Coffman; and his brothers, Bill Paulek (Mary Beth) of Chatham and John Paulek (Sandy) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
