We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2024, at the age of 66, David Busby of Stonington, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley W. Busby and Mary Elizabeth Busby (Duff); his sister Sandy Wallen; his nephew Josh England; and his nieces, Debra Kirby and Sadie Donaldson.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Busby of Stonington, IL; his children, Sarah Beth Gray (Ray) of Salcha, AK and Jacob Wesley Busby of Williamsville, IL; his granddaughter Molly Elizabeth Gray; and his sisters, Brenda Kopazy of Greenville, IL, Linda Kershaw of Coffeen, IL and Patti England of Nokomis, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in David's honor may be made to First Baptist Church of Stonington or to the Stonington Rescue Squad.
