With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Wilson of Stonington, Illinois, born in Sesser, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Sheridan and Margaret Catherine Whitlow (Eubanks); her husband Billy Morris Wilson; and her brother Roger Lee Whitlow. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Hamell (Tammy) of Mt. Auburn, IL, Lori Ann Melzer of Stonington, IL and Becky Wilson-Lusk of Avon, IN; her grandchildren, Bridget Willard (Josh), Brandon Hamell (Brie), Catherine Rhodes (Jacob), P. J. Talley (Cody), David Lusk, Madelyn Lusk and Molly Lusk; her great grandchildren, Dalton Willard, McKenzie Willard, Bailey Hamell, Dexter Hamell, Declan Hamell, Tristan Keith, Hunter Harp, Ryleigh Rhodes, Chloe Talley and Addison Talley; and her sister-in-law Joan Whitlow of Beardstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
