He was predeceased by: his parents, Voltaire Jouglet and Cymone Jouglet (Besson); and his siblings, Eugene Jouglet, Olga Hemingway and Norma Kastelic.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Johnson (Moe) of Taylorville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
