It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Pollex of Stonefort, Illinois, born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Donald Pollex. He is survived by: his mother June Pollex (Haberstock) of Mendota; his wife Deborah Pollex (Ritchie); his children, Sarah Owen (Dennis) of Harrisburg and Jacob Pollex of Carbondale; his siblings, Donald Pollex of Malden and Gale Carriedo (Jay) of Plano; and his grandchildren, Caden and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with his wishes, Douglas will be cremated and there will be no public services at this time due to the COVID pandemic.
