She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Acton and Lillian Acton; and her husband Joseph Dvorak. She is survived by: her children, Joe Dvorak (Janet), Chris Dvorak (Jeanette), Allison Bauer (David) and Aleta Elliott (Brandon); her grandsons, Aaron, Colin and Jared Dvorak; her great grandchildren, Holden Smith and Marlee Thompson; her siblings, Bruce Acton (Diane) and Debbie Lyons (Laura Noll); her son-in-law Andy Scherer; her pets, Stormy and Trix; and her friend Deb Heidenreich.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SSM Health Monroe Hospice or Safe Haven Humane Society in Sandra's name.
