He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Magee and Neola Magee (Gates); his siblings, Patrick Magee, Mary Raab and Tom Magee; and his nephew Jeremiah Magee.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Evans of Stockton; his daughters, Amy Kennedy (Richard) of Machesney Park, Jodi Townsend (Scott) of Stockton and Jill Magee of Virginia; his grandchildren, Alivia, Peyton, Christian Kennedy, Ascher, Taylor, Kirsten Townsend (Gus), Faith and Cyrus Schrader; his great grandchild Moxyn Werhane; and his siblings, Gary Magee (Rose), Carol Staver (Joe), Janet Behrens, Jimmy Magee, Johnny Magee (Charmaine), Mike Magee, Stephen Magee, Gene Magee (Teresa), June Bergemann (Dave) and Trisha Cox (Boyd). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
