She is survived by: her parents, Richard Adkins of Rockford, IL and Paula Wolfe Adkins (Fulton); her sons, Chaz, Seth and Drue; the father of her children Craig Guerrero; her sister Erica Adkins Grabbe (Clark) of Stockton; her half-brother Ricky Todd; her stepsiblings, Cymi Fulton Nappe (Tony) and Doug Fulton River Forest (Audrea); her aunt Vicki Adkins; her uncles, Packey Adkins of Rockford and Les Wolfe (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Lexie Bartolucci, Zach Grabbe, Jordan Ryan, Jack and Lilli Fulton; and her pet Gibson.
