He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur N. Tipton and Louisa M. Tipton (Streicher); his wife Darlene O'Neill; his son Timothy; and his siblings, Florence Wickler, Harry, Carson and Clyde.
He is survived by: his son Jamie; his grandchildren, Rosendale and Joey (Janet) of Galena, IL; his daughters, Kelly Stewart (Kevin) of Stockton and Karla White (Chris) of Stockton, IL; his grandchildren, Joshua, Cassie, Jesse, Caitlyn Tipton, Annessa Tipton, Amanda Vargas, Alex, Andrew, Aspyn Stewart, Christian, Noah, Kanzas and Kyah White; and his sister Clara Endress. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
