He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Palmer and Bertha Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Barb Palmer; his children, Sheryl Booth (Dick), Keith Palmer (Julia), Douglas Palmer (Van), Vicki Walker (Doug), Jeff Palmer (Beth) and Valerie Seiler (Chris); and his brother Larry Palmer (Sheila). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
