He is survived by: his children, Craig Smith (Meryl) of Capetown, Denise Nelson (Ron) of Coppell, Vicki Kamperman (Chuck) of Lancaster and Therese Cinotto of Estes Park, Colorado; his grandchildren, Zachary, Josh, Kiele, Roth, Taylor, Kelsey, Ian, Dana, Graham and Emily; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Colin, Laurel, Scarlett, Sydney, Wyatt, Clark and Emmett; and his siblings, Betty Dietrich (Jason) and Frank Smith (Betsy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
